Below you will find a registration form to pre-register for our annual clinic. The first 700 coaches to pre-register will receive a complimentary breakfast and clinic notebook.
Registration fees are as follows:
Pre-registration (IFCA Member) $55.00......Pre-registration (Member and Staff of 10 or more) $45.00
Pre-registration (Non-IFCA Member) $75.00......Registration at door (IFCA Member) $55.00
Registration at door (Non-IFCA Member) $75.00.....8th grade & lower level coaches (IFCA Member) $40.00
8th grade & lower level coaches (Non-IFCA Member) $65.00..*** Youth League Coaches (Saturday Only) $20.00
**Non members will become IFCA members if they indicate desire to be a member on the registration form below and submit payment of $90.00 (dues and clinic fee).
For pre-registration, complete the form below, and mail with check (payable to IFCA) enclosed to
Dave Land, 1024 Warwick Road, Muncie, IN. 47304. All pre-registration fees must be received by March 14, 2011. Coaches should call the hotel directly to make room reservations. The clinic hotel is the Sheraton at 8787 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240 phone number is 1.888.627.7814.
